These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as 'GTC') govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing digital content (website and application templates) through the online store at mpodmanicky.me.

The subject of the purchase agreement is the acquisition of a license to download and use the digital products – website templates, SPA applications, and static pages listed in our e-shop. Digital content is delivered exclusively in digital format. The buyer receives a download link for a .zip file or access to a repository immediately after the payment is completed.
By submitting an order clicking the 'Order with Obligation to Pay' button, the buyer concludes a purchase contract and agrees to pay the purchase price. Before submitting the order, the buyer is obliged to review these GTC, agree to their terms, and acknowledge the privacy policy.
Since the purchase concerns the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the buyer explicitly consents to starting the delivery (downloading or accessing files) before the expiration of the standard 14-day contract withdrawal period. The buyer was properly instructed that by giving this consent, in accordance with Section 19 (1) (a) and (m) of Act No. 108/2024 Z. z. on Consumer Protection, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund without giving reasons once performance has started.
The seller warrants that the digital content is functional upon download and corresponds to the description on the website. In case of defects (e.g. corrupted .zip archive), the buyer has the right to file a claim by emailing podmanicky.martin@proton.me. The seller will evaluate and resolve the claim within 30 days of filing (usually resolved instantly by providing a fresh working download link or initiating a refund).
